We have the capacity to scan large volumes of documents, in a timely manner, at short notice, whether the document is processed on or offsite.
During the scanning process, documents are electronically reproduced in the same structure and exact order as the originals (Please also refer to our Data Processing services for further information). We are able to output the scanned images to any image format (e.g. TIFF, PDF & JPEG). All scanned images can be OCR’d using industry leading technology to ensure the best possible results when searching.
