eBibles
As part of our comprehensive service offering TRILANTIC regularly produces electronic or ‘eBibles’ for a number of clients. eBibles are a means of storing, indexing and comprehensively searching large volumes of documents related to any corporate transaction.
TRILANTIC first scans individual documents according to client specifications. These scans are then converted to PDF format and subsequently indexed. Hyperlinks are created from the index listing to the individual documents, enabling the user to instantly view a copy of the original. eBibles have the advantage of superior search facilities enabling the user to search and identify key text within hundreds of pages – all at the click of a mouse.
eBibles are a simple cost effective solution for clients looking to simplify the task of identifying key information in mass documentation.
eStatements
TRILANTIC are pleased to announce the launch of eStatements in conjunction with our eBible service. eStatements are further means of storing, indexing and comprehensively searching large volumes of documents electronically, but were specifically designed and created for collation of witness statements for lawyers.
eStatements are very similar in concept to eBibles (as described above), containing an index, hyperlinks and superior search facilities. However the layout is exclusively designed to assist lawyers with the management of witness statements leading up to and during trials.
