Scanning and coding of legal documents for a global bank lasting over a year period!

The international head quarters of a global bank undertake regulatory requirement to identify the risk in transactional documents. This requires the scanning and coding of large volumes of legal documents to create a bespoke database. The document collection and processing takes place in London, New York and the Far East.

The TRILANTIC team arrived at the first location and began the consolidation of the database – an ongoing project due to last over a year period. TRILANTIC’s standards were ensured by a rigorous coding process and onsite project management. Due to the high levels of work by TRILANTIC the project has now been extended to include the processing of all types of legal documents for a further year and the feedback received so far is:
