Trilantic Collects data from Forensic Experts in Paris

A French corporation faced a US regulatory enquiry. TRILANTIC were instructed to collect data for 16 custodians from their offices in 3 different locations in France and provide the filtered data to the legal review team prior to production.

Within 24 hours of receiving instructions, TRILANTIC had forensic experts at the client’s offices and the data was collected. Due to privacy concerns some of the data had to be processed and filtered at the client’s offices in Paris, and TRILANTIC provided its mobile processing team.

Overall, just under 250 Gb of data was processed, and the data was delivered to the legal team within 2 weeks of instruction.
