Collection and Processing of over 700,000 pages with leading International Firm
The London office of a leading International Law Firm had over 9GB of electric files to be reviewed for disclosure (equating to approximately 700,000 hardcopy pages). The documents were loaded into the review system, iCONNECT which proved difficult when around 10,000 of the documents were revealed to be password encrypted.
TRILANTIC’s data processing specialists were able to write a program to remove password protection from over 80% of these files. Keyword searching and de-duplication was then employed to filter down the number of documents. All documents were then brought into the relevant format for metadata/text to be extracted. A loadfile was customised to the client’s specific requirements and delivered.
