Martin Flavell
Technical Director
Martin is a founding member of TRILANTIC and heads all the technical aspects of the company. He is integral to the processes and procedures implemented by TRILANTIC. He also advises clients on how best to collect, process, review and produce electronic documents and is regarded by our clients as one of the most knowledgeable technical experts in the UK industry.

Martin’s career in litigation support began in 1996 when he joined Bowhawk, the UK’s first Litigation Support company founded by Nigel Murray. He then joined Millnet in 2001 at a time when eDisclosure emerged and electronic data was becoming prominent. He designed and built the first UK eDocument processing system in 2002 which was a leading product at the time, and has since accumulated a wealth of experience and gained extensive knowledge in the processing and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) for dispute resolution matters and regulatorary enquires.
